T3 Telecoms SA (Sandton) \n\n\n            \n\n            \n            Regional Sales Manager &#8211; T3 Telecoms SA (Port Elizabeth)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Job Purpose<\/p>\n<p>\tThe\u00a0Sales\u00a0Analyst\u00a0plays\u00a0a\u00a0crucial\u00a0role\u00a0in\u00a0supporting\u00a0the\u00a0sales\u00a0teams\u00a0and\u00a0driving\u00a0business\u00a0growth\u00a0through\u00a0data\u00a0analysis, and performance reporting.<br \/>\n\tThis\u00a0role\u00a0is\u00a0responsible\u00a0for\u00a0evaluating\u00a0sales\u00a0data,\u00a0identifying\u00a0trends,\u00a0and providing\u00a0insights\u00a0to\u00a0optimize\u00a0sales\u00a0strategies,\u00a0improve\u00a0decision-making,\u00a0and maximize\u00a0sales.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tThe\u00a0Sales\u00a0Analyst\u00a0collaborates\u00a0closely\u00a0with\u00a0sales managers,\u00a0marketing\u00a0teams,\u00a0and\u00a0other\u00a0stakeholders\u00a0to\u00a0develop\u00a0actionable recommendations\u00a0and\u00a0achieve\u00a0sales\u00a0objectives.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Data\u00a0Analysis\u00a0and\u00a0Reporting<\/p>\n<p>\tCollect,\u00a0organize,\u00a0and\u00a0analyze\u00a0sales\u00a0data\u00a0from\u00a0various\u00a0sources,\u00a0including systems,\u00a0sales\u00a0reports,\u00a0and\u00a0market\u00a0research\u00a0databases<br \/>\n\tGenerate\u00a0regular\u00a0sales\u00a0performance\u00a0reports,\u00a0dashboards,\u00a0and\u00a0presentations\u00a0to provide\u00a0insights\u00a0into\u00a0key\u00a0metrics,\u00a0trends,\u00a0and\u00a0opportunities<br \/>\n\tIdentify\u00a0patterns\u00a0and\u00a0anomalies\u00a0in\u00a0sales\u00a0data\u00a0to\u00a0uncover\u00a0actionable\u00a0insights\u00a0and drive informed decision-making<\/p>\n<p>Sales Forecasting and Planning<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop sales forecasts, projections, and targets based on historical data, market trends, and business objectives<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with sales managers and cross-functional teams to develop sales plans, strategies, and initiatives aligned with business goals<br \/>\n\tMonitor actual sales performance against forecasted targets and adjust forecasts as needed to reflect changing market conditions<\/p>\n<p>Market Analysis and Competitor Research<\/p>\n<p>\tConduct market research and competitive analysis to assess market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitor strategies<br \/>\n\tIdentify market trends, emerging opportunities, and potential threats to inform regional sales strategies and business decisions<br \/>\n\tMonitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and product developments to identify competitive advantages and areas for differentiation<\/p>\n<p>Sales Process Optimization<\/p>\n<p>\tEvaluate sales processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.<br \/>\n\tDevelop recommendations to streamline sales operations, enhance productivity, and increase effectiveness.<br \/>\n\tWork closely with Regional Sales Managers and IT teams to implement process improvements, automation tools, and sales enablement solutions<\/p>\n<p>Customer Segmentation and Analysis<\/p>\n<p>\tSegment customers based on demographic, behavioral, and transactional data to identify high-value segments and target opportunities.<br \/>\n\tAnalyze customer lifetime value, acquisition costs, and retention rates to optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies.<\/p>\n<p>Sales Performance Tracking and Evaluation<\/p>\n<p>\tTrack sales performance metrics, including revenue, margins, conversion rates, and sales pipeline metrics.<br \/>\n\tProvide regular performance feedback to Regional Sales Managers and General Managers on data-driven insights and analysis.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>Competencies<\/p>\n<p>\tStrong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.<br \/>\n\tExcellent communication skills, able to present data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.<br \/>\n\tStrong business acumen with understanding of market dynamics.<br \/>\n\tAbility to plan, prioritize, and align work with organizational goals.<br \/>\n\tTech-savvy with a proactive approach to digital and data-driven solutions.<br \/>\n\tCollaborative and able to build strong cross-functional partnerships.<br \/>\n\tBusiness\u00a0Insight &#8211; understands how day-to-day work connects to broader business objectives and key performance drivers. and keeps up with industry trends, market shifts, and business news to anticipate changes and opportunities<br \/>\n\tWorks\u00a0without\u00a0supervision\u00a0and\u00a0provides\u00a0technical\u00a0guidance\u00a0when\u00a0required\u00a0on creating\u00a0relevant,\u00a0lucid\u00a0and\u00a0effective\u00a0reports.<\/p>\n<p>Education<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.<\/p>\n<p>Experience<\/p>\n<p>\t3 &#8211;
