The purpose of this role :<\/p>\n
\tThe project coordinator will also prepare and present updates regularly to relevant management channels, ensuring that our goal of innovation is being achieved.<\/p>\n
Objectives of this role:<\/p>\n
\tLiaise with managers and clients to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals
\n\tCoordinate internal and external resources, ensuring that projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget
\n\tAnalyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope or timeline to achieve optimal results
\n\tAssign roles and tasks to team members based on their individual strengths and abilities
\n\tHelp build the skill sets of team members and share learnings with other employees
\n\tAchieve organizational goals while adhering to standards and best practices<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tEnsure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement
\n\tDevelop and maintain project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestones
\n\tAssign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output
\n\tReport project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to project work plan
\n\tServe as point of communication between company teams and external resource
\n\tDeepen partnerships with outside resources, including third-party vendors and researchers\u00a0<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Required skills and qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tThree or more years of experience in project coordination
\n\tExperience in coordinating teams and clients
\n\tProven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management
\n\tStrong written, verbal, and presentation skills
\n\tPreferred skills and qualifications
\n\tBachelor\u2019s degree (or equivalent) in relevant field
\n\tProfessional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional)<\/p>\n
