\tDevelop clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate messages for digital channels, including the PwC Africa website, social media and other platforms.\u00a0
\n\tCollaborate with internal teams, including marketing, to ensure messaging aligns with PwC\u2019s broader objectives and brand guidelines.\u00a0
\n\tAssist with planning, writing, and editing digital content, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with PwC\u2019s tone and voice.\u00a0
\n\tSupport leadership profiling and contribute to PwC\u2019s positioning on social media, working alongside senior communications staff.\u00a0
\n\tAssist in managing content calendars and scheduling posts to maintain consistent communication across digital platforms.\u00a0
\n\tApply basic SEO principles to web content to improve online visibility and engagement.\u00a0
\n\tSupport the integration of multimedia elements such as images, videos, and infographics into digital content, collaborating with creative teams as needed.\u00a0
\n\tIdentify and engage internal PwC advocates through platforms like Haiilo to help amplify PwC Africa\u2019s digital messages.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Internal Communications services:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and implement internal content plans and write\/edit a range of internal materials including staff emails, articles, newsletters, speeches, scripts and talking points.\u00a0
\n\tEngage with internal stakeholders to shape key themes and messages and communicate them through appropriate internal channels.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure consistent quality of internal communications.\u00a0
\n\tCreate innovative internal communications by exploring content, design, and channel options in collaboration with Africa CMD\u2019s Digital Presence and Brand and Creative teams.\u00a0
\n\tDevelop content that encourages PwC Africa employees to support the firm\u2019s strategy and growth ambition.\u00a0
\n\tIdentify and segment internal audiences and tailor communication plans to effectively engage each group.\u00a0
\n\tAlign all internal communications with PwC\u2019s tone of voice.\u00a0
\n\tSupport internal change management initiatives through clear, transparent, and timely communication.\u00a0
\n\tPlan and manage internal communications projects from brief to delivery, ensuring timelines, approvals, and outputs are effectively coordinated.\u00a0
\n\tAssist in developing communications for internal events such as town halls, firm-wide briefings, and leadership webinars.\u00a0
\n\tCollaborate with Human Capital other internal teams to support communications around people-focused initiatives and firm culture.\u00a0
\n\tLeverage internal communication tools and platforms to distribute content and maintain strong engagement across the organisation.\u00a0
\n\tBuild and maintain key relationship with various internal stakeholders.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Qualification & Experience\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tExcellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and tailored content.\u00a0
\n\tBachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.\u00a0
\n\tMinimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in communications.\u00a0
\n\tProven experience in digital marketing, digital content creation, and managing digital communication platforms.\u00a0
\n\tExperience developing compelling content for internal stakeholders.\u00a0
\n\tExperience collaborating with senior-level leadership to develop and deliver strategic communications content is preferred.\u00a0<\/p>\n
