(preferred)<br \/>\n\tProficiency in EDMS and MS Office<br \/>\n\tHigh accuracy and attention to detail<br \/>\n\tStakeholder service, training, and facilitation skills<br \/>\n\tStrong organisation and time management<br \/>\n\tReport writing and audit preparation skills<br \/>\n\tAbility to supervise and coordinate document control activities<\/p>\n<p>Suitable candidates must have the following work experience:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tMinimum 4 years\u2019 document control experience in mining\/projects<br \/>\n\tExperience with WBS Structures<br \/>\n\tSupervising C1\/C2 document controllers and coordinating EPCM\/contractor submissions<br \/>\n\tProject-based document control on large underground\/mining projects (preferred)<\/p>\n<p>Your successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:<\/p>\n<p>\tImplement and maintain EDMS, numbering, and revision control standards<br \/>\n\tEnsure all documents are correctly coded, version-controlled, and archived<br \/>\n\tReceive, verify, and distribute EPCM\/contractor\/vendor submissions<br \/>\n\tMaintain registers, metadata, and distribution matrices<br \/>\n\tExpedite overdue items and maintain audit trails<br \/>\n\tCompile and submit daily\/weekly\/monthly document control reports<br \/>\n\tPerform internal document control audits and close findings<br \/>\n\tTrain and onboard new users on document control procedures<br \/>\n\tSupervise stakeholders, assign workload, and review quality<br \/>\n\tIdentify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives<\/p>\n<p>go to method of
