\tAFGRI Retail is looking to appoint a Product Master Data Administrator on a 3-month fixed-term contract, based in Centurion.
\n\tThe successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining all product master data related to AFGRI Retail\u2019s product catalogue, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with company standards across ERP and online platforms.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 (essential)
\n\tNational Diploma in Procurement Administration (advantageous)
\n\tMinimum 2 years\u2019 relevant experience<\/p>\n
Key Performance Areas<\/p>\n
Product Master Data<\/p>\n
\tCapture and update product information in ERP systems
\n\tEnsure the completeness and accuracy of product records
\n\tMaintain consistent formatting and categorisation<\/p>\n
\u00a0Vendor Master Data<\/p>\n
\tLiaise with vendors for product information
\n\tReview and process supplier-submitted data
\n\tMaintain records of vendor communications<\/p>\n
\u00a0Data Accuracy, File Management and Reporting<\/p>\n
\tGenerate weekly reports and audits<\/p>\n
\tMaintain organised digital filing systems
\n\tReport recurring data quality issues<\/p>\n
\u00a0General Administrative Support and Ad-hoc Duties<\/p>\n
\tAssist with administrative tasks and bulk data imports
\n\tSupport e-Commerce and Procurement teams during peak periods<\/p>\n
