About the Role<\/p>\n
\tWe\u2019re looking for an Input Trade Marketer who will drive growth, strategy, and profitability across VKB\u2019s full basket of products \u2013 including seed, fertilizer, crop protection, animal feed, animal health products, fencing, fuel, and packaging material.<\/p>\n
This role is about more than sales. It\u2019s about:<\/p>\n
\tBuilding meaningful, lasting farmer relationships.
\n\tFinding innovative ways to market and promote the VKB basket of products and services.
\n\tBringing creativity to farmer engagement \u2013 whether that\u2019s organising product days, leveraging data insights, finding small but impactful ways to connect on-farm, or collaborating across VKB teams to unlock new opportunities.
\n\tAlways focusing on sustainable business growth that adds value to both the farmer and VKB.<\/p>\n
What We\u2019re Looking For<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 \/ NQF4 qualification
\n\tTertiary qualification in a related field; (SAAHA\/AVCASA) certification advantageous
\n\t5+ years\u2019 proven experience in a similar marketing role
\n\tDemonstrated success in marketing & sales initiatives
\n\tStrong administrative skills\u00a0
\n\tProven ability to build strong client relationships and think outside the box<\/p>\n

\tLead Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies across the VKB operational footprint.
\n\tGrow Business: Drive sustainable growth beyond inflation-adjusted targets.
\n\tEmpower Farmers: Facilitate financing solutions for VKB\u2019s full range of input products.
\n\tFind New Ways: Use data, creative campaigns, and innovative approaches to bring new energy to the VKB product basket.
\n\tBuild Networks: Organise and participate in farmer days and events to expand influence and trust.
\n\tStrengthen Relationships: Visit farmers regularly, ensuring VKB remains a valued partner on the farm.
\n\tDeliver Service Excellence: Resolve customer queries quickly and effectively.
\n\tCommunicate Clearly: Maintain seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth order processing and admin efficiency.<\/p>\n
