\tTo recruit, maintain, develop sales representative and set targets within Cornerstone Regions.<\/p>\n
Plan and Implement Sales plan at Regional level<\/p>\n
\tDevelop sales plan to attain set goals\/targets
\n\tCommunicate the sales plan to sales teams
\n\tIdentify & agree on individual roles and responsibilities
\n\tRecruit resources according to HR Plan
\n\tPlan for infrastructure requirements \u2013 vehicles, offices, furniture, policy books, etc
\n\tParticipate in Provincial budgeting process
\n\tImplement & monitor company policies & procedures
\n\tManage sales staff performance monthly
\n\tEvaluate progress against goals monthly
\n\tPrepare monthly management report<\/p>\n
Expense Budget<\/p>\n
\tMonitor expenses against budget
\n\tTrack deviation, investigate reasons & recommend corrective action
\n\tAssist with management of monitoring petty-cash requisitions
\n\tPrepare management report on deviations<\/p>\n
Develop & Sustain Customer & Stakeholder relations<\/p>\n
\tIntervene on customer queries & concerns
\n\tUnderstand impact of stakeholder policies on regional business
\n\tDeploy the correct interactions and processes<\/p>\n
Communication management<\/p>\n
\tStakeholder analysis (who\u2019s who?)
\n\tKnowledge of different markets
\n\tCompany themes\/message<\/p>\n
Manage Regional Office, Administration & Client Services<\/p>\n
\tManage regional sales force \u2013 recruitment, selection, training & development, performance management, etc.
\n\tVisits to districts\/sites
\n\tEnsure that branch offices project the required image of Cornerstone
\n\tOversee the regional administrative activities
\n\tLiaise with provincial administration on training needs & support
\n\tAssist with client services and oversee sales staff & offices<\/p>\n

\tMatric
\n\tRelevant Qualification (recognised by the FSCA)<\/p>\n
TECHNICAL\/LEGAL CERTIFICATION<\/p>\n
\tRegulatory Examination Level 5: Representatives as an advantage
\n\tRegulatory Examination Level 1: Key Individuals as an advantage
\n\t30 or 60 credits on NQF level 2 (Depending on the date of appointment in the industry) or
\n\t60 or 120 credits on NQF level 5 (Depending on the date of appointment in the industry)<\/p>\n
EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\tMandatory 1year relevant management experience in Category A (Funeral)
\n\t6 months Insurance industry
\n\t6 months + advice and intermediary experience in category A (Assistance business)<\/p>\n
