\tOur leading FMCG Manufacturing client is seeking a Sourcing\u00a0Manager\u00a0to head up their department.\u00a0 The successful candidate will be\u00a0responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality\u00a0and reliable supply of goods and services.
\n\tThis role balances strategic thinking, negotiation, and market insight to reduce costs, mitigate risks, and drive sustainable business performance.\u00a0 This will be an on-site Middle Management role based in the upper high way area.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tLead strategic sourcing initiatives and deliver measurable cost savings.
\n\tDevelop category strategies, conduct benchmarking, and apply market intelligence.
\n\tNegotiate and manage commercial and legal agreements.
\n\tOversee the full contract lifecycle: tendering, onboarding\/offboarding, compliance, and performance monitoring.
\n\tDrive continuous improvement and innovative sourcing practices.
\n\tMotivate, lead, and develop procurement team members.
\n\tEnsure alignment with business, regulatory, and governance requirements.<\/p>\n

\tStrong business acumen and strategic agility
\n\tExcellent negotiation and communication skills
\n\tAnalytical and detail-oriented with strong financial understanding
\n\tLeadership and people management capability
\n\tProficient in MS Office and ERP systems
\n\tAbility to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment<\/p>\n
\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200bQualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
\tDegree in Supply Chain\/Procurement (CIPS qualification preferred)
\n\t7-10 years’ progressive procurement\/supply chain experience
\n\tStrong background in contract management, strategic sourcing, and category management
\n\tKnowledge of procurement regulations and preferential procurement frameworks
\n\tFinancial management experience (budgets, P&L, forecasting)
\n\tExposure to FMCG or related industries advantageous
\n\tFamiliarity with standards such as FSSC 22000, ISO 45000, and ISO 9001 preferred<\/p>\n
