Overview:<\/p>\n
\tThis is a key role combining training delivery, technical support, customer service, and business development. If you\u2019re passionate about technology, customer engagement, and enjoy a varied role with room to grow.<\/p>\n
Main Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Planning and Training:<\/p>\n
\tManage and update the shared training calendar in outlook
\n\tReport to area managers any findings whilst training
\n\tAllocate dates to specific areas: communicate with area managers
\n\tProvide regular reports on activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
\n\tAssist in planning training schedules, installation timelines, and customer follow-ups.
\n\tOn the Job & Classroom training
\n\tProceed with training as per the training calendar
\n\tConduct training on time
\n\tConduct kitchen, laundry and housekeeping training<\/p>\n
New Business Development:<\/p>\n
\tIdentify new business opportunities and contribute to generating sales leads.
\n\tRepresent the company at trade shows, customer meetings, and networking events.<\/p>\n
Sales & Customer Liaison:<\/p>\n
\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers.
\n\tPerform demonstrations when required
\n\tUpdate customers on new products.
\n\tProvide designed solutions based on client needs.
\n\tAct as a trusted advisor to customers before, during, and after implementation.<\/p>\n
Service & Technical Support:<\/p>\n
\tTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
\n\tDeliver high-quality post-sales technical support, both remotely and onsite.<\/p>\n
Installations:<\/p>\n
\tCarry out installation and commissioning of products at customer sites.
\n\tEnsure all work is completed to a high standard and within specified timeframes.<\/p>\n
Product Knowledge:<\/p>\n
\tMaintain a deep understanding of all company products and services.
\n\tProvide expert training and demonstrations for customers and internal staff.<\/p>\n
Internal Relationship Building:<\/p>\n
\tCollaborate across departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
\n\tProvide technical insight to support sales, product development, and operations teams.<\/p>\n
Ad-hoc Duties:<\/p>\n
\tSupport the wider team with additional tasks as needed.
\n\tParticipate in internal projects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.<\/p>\n
Ideal Candidate Profile:<\/p>\n
\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\tTechnically skilled with hands-on installation and service experience.
\n\tComfortable presenting to groups and training others.
\n\tStrong planning, time management, and organizational skills.
\n\tCustomer-focused with a proactive attitude.<\/p>\n
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ATTRIBUTES:<\/p>\n
\tQualification: Minimum Matric (Grade 12), or Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
\n\tExperience: 2 Years relevant experience
\n\tSkills: Problem solving skills, attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
\n\tRequirement: Applicants Must have a reliable vehicle and driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n
