What will you be doing?<\/p>\n
\tAs Business Unit Director, you\u2019ll be at the helm of our Sports Medicine franchise, driving strategic sales and marketing initiatives across South Africa. You\u2019ll lead a team of seven, develop relationships with key opinion leaders and government stakeholders, and collaborate with global teams to elevate our brand and surgeon partnerships. You\u2019ll be a key member of the South African Exco and Leadership teams, influencing company-wide decisions and ensuring operational excellence. From managing budgets to attending international business forums, your role will be dynamic, strategic and deeply rewarding.<\/p>\n
What will you need to be successful?<\/p>\n
\tSuccess in this role means being a visionary leader with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for growth. You\u2019ll need to:
\n\tBring at least 5 years of senior management experience in a related industry
\n\tHold a tertiary qualification, ideally up to MBA level
\n\tDemonstrate a deep understanding of the South African healthcare landscape and regulatory environment
\n\tBe confident, analytical and driven, with the ability to inspire teams and build lasting relationships<\/p>\n
