\tClover is looking for a Administrative Controller : Driver Ledger who will be responsible for managing and improving the driver ledger for all satellite branches by reducing potential losses. This individaul will be base at Clover Head Office in Roodepoort. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tNational Diploma
\n\tRelevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level \u00a0
\n\tExperience in working with senior management\u00a0
\n\tComputer literacy (Intermediate)\u00a0
\n\tCode 08 Driver’s license \u00a0<\/p>\n

Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0
\nControl and monitor driver ledger for satellite branches \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMaintaining and updating driver ledger for all satellite branches
\n\tLiaise with branches regarding shorts\/overs on driver ledger
\n\tAssist with drivers daily balancing and capturing when required
\n\tReconcile driver account and resolve discrepancies to reduce losses
\n\tMaintain age analysis and distribute reports daily
\n\tAssist finance department with cash balancing queries
\n\tEnsure master data files are updated and calls logged
\n\tProcess route settlements when required<\/p>\n
Provide support to distribution operations \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tCompile and distribute daily reports
\n\tAssist with operational process changes and implementations
\n\tAssist with training new personnel
\n\tCompile and distribute training manuals
\n\tEnsure swell files are updated
\n\tAssist with month end closing<\/p>\n
Perform ad hoc duties and tasks\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAssist with ad hoc investigations and problem solving
\n\tAssist with general departmental needs
\n\tInvestigate Integration message failures and escalate to system support
\n\tAssist with new users access by capturing eforms<\/p>\n
