\n\tThis role is responsible for ensuring sound & accurate data capturing as well as liaising with the various stakeholders of the business (internally & externally).

Required Skills<\/p>\n
\tBachelor of commerce (Bcomm) \u2013 Bcomm Supply Chain Management (Advantageous)
\n\tExperience on Chep Management portal – advantageous
\n\tExcellent record-keeping and organization
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, Powerpoint & Outlook)
\n\tGood problem solving and analytical skills
\n\tHigh level of accuracy in data inputs, stock counts, and reporting
\n\tAbility to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced distribution environment
\n\tDependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
\n\tWork under pressure and meet tight deadlines
\n\tAt least 3 years of experience within an admin \/ supply chain role
\n\tMust have a valid drivers license<\/p>\n
Duties & Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tChep: Maintain and control monthly management report (data capturing of all documentation & assisting with chep related queries & reconciliations
\n\tMaintain & update company records, filing systems and documentation related to DC operations
\n\tRecord and reconcile physical stock counts with inventory system records
\n\tSupervision within our factory shop environment and mitigating against stock losses (daily inventory counts & ensure data accuracy, tracking of expiry dates & relationship building of bulk-buyers. Quality control & health & safety standards to be adhered to)
\n\tLiaise with transport departments to schedule deliveries
\n\tManage correspondence \u2013 emails, phone calls, & internal\/external communications \u2013 ensuring queries are addressed \/ directed & resolved promptly
\n\tAssist with scheduling meeting, preparing agenda\u2019s and taking minutes
\n\tReceive & process sales orders from customers \/ distributors \/ retailers
\n\tAssisting with preparation of requisitions and issuing of PO\u2019s
\n\tProvide administrative support to the distribution and warehouse teams when needed
\n\tAssisting with ordering monthly supplies for the DC
\n\tAct as a relief mechanism within the admin department<\/p>\n
