Purpose of position:<\/p>\n
\tSourcing new commercial business and maintaining existing client relationships.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tSourcing of new clients through existing networks and referrals
\n\tMaintaining current relationships
\n\tAssessing brokers insurance needs and business profiles
\n\tAssisting brokers with new business quotes, amendments, claims and renewals
\n\tDeveloping excellent relationships with all internal stakeholders and clients
\n\tArranging specialised insurance cover where needed.
\n\tAssisting clients with operational risk management that may lead to non-conventional insurance placements, e.g. alternative risk transfers
\n\tKeeping up to date with industry changes and new developments
\n\tManagement of broker portfolios
\n\tCompiling and presenting of monthly reports to Regional Manager
\n\tCompiling and presenting of business management reports to brokers<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tFully FAIS and RE accredited
\n\tFull insurance qualification
\n\tOwn reliable vehicle
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license
\n\tBroker orientated experience
\n\tCommercial sales and underwriting experience
\n\tMulti-lingual would be advantageous
\n\tGood communication skills and telephone etiquette<\/p>\n
