RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tMaintain updated talent pools, conduct 1st line interviews, and ensure strong candidate pipelines.
\n\tFully train new hires (Day 1 admin, Days 2\u20133 in kiosk) and provide continuous training during kiosk visits.
\n\tEnsure kiosk staff are trained on new Flash products, services, and campaigns.
\n\tApply Flash Code of Conduct, handle routine disciplinary issues, and escalate major cases to HR.
\n\tConduct KPI\/KPA appraisals twice annually and support employee growth.
\n\tSubmit daily sales to finance, check stock daily, and ensure kiosk finances balance.
\n\tVisit local kiosks weekly, outlying kiosks monthly, and provide feedback after each market visit.
\n\tDrive usage of Flash products through customer discussions, with focus on device sales.
\n\tMaintain the SupaTrader base, achieve ST sales targets, and onboard new traders quarterly.
\n\tEnsure kiosks are stocked with devices, POS, and starter packs, while managing OBFs and repairs.
\n\tSubmit daily sales reports, monitor attendance registers, and compile weekly (every Monday) and ad hoc reports.
\n\tProcess expense claims correctly, monitor vehicle spend, and ensure they are submitted on time.

\t1 \u2013 2 years Management experience
\n\t2 years\u2019 sales experience in field operations.
\n\tGrade 12
\n\tDriver\u2019s license<\/p>\n
