PURPOSE OF THE JOB:<\/p>\n
\tTo successfully complete Customer Service callouts with an outcome of completion at the first time. Thereby upholding the Defy Brand image as viewed by the customer and retailer and execute timeously priority callouts.<\/p>\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tCreate solutions and resolve repairs timeously.
\n\tAchievement the monthly Job completion quantity
\n\tInitiate, plan and Prioritize Urgent Calls.
\n\tAction timely and accurately on customer queries and feedback
\n\tProvide customer update on part stock availability and job status information.
\n\tEnsure maximum customer satisfaction.
\n\tUse formal and informal networks to achieve results through cross functional teams.
\n\tCommunicate with team regularly.
\n\tResolve priority calls from management as soon as possible.<\/p>\n
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
\tApplicants must be Trade Tested artisans at minimum N3 certificate level or will have been deemed competent at Level 4 in Domestic Appliance Repair
\n\tProven experience in trouble shooting and client liaison in the appliance industry
\n\tElectrical Wireman\u2019s licence.
\n\tLicensed Gas Appliance Installer.
\n\tDriving Licence
\n\tExposure to management principles are also perquisites.
\n\tPreferably English and another language.
\n\tComputer literacy
\n\tHigh customer satisfaction results
\n\tEfficient job completion (work with daily targets)
\n\tHas a positive & good attitude
\n\tMobile (work in the field)<\/p>\n
