OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:<\/p>\n
\tAn opportunity exists for a Guarding Area Supervisor at Pretoria. The overall purpose of this position is to ensure that all contractual agreements are adhered to and that the Client\u2019s needs are efficiently and professionally met at all times.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum Grade 12 \/ Standard 10
\n\tPrevious supervisory experience (3yearsminimum)
\n\tPSIRA registered (Grade A)
\n\tValid Drivers License (with prdp)
\n\tNo Criminal Record<\/p>\n
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: (Not totally inclusive):<\/p>\n
\tEnsuring that all shifts are covered on a daily basis.
\n\tResponsible for maintaining discipline on all sites
\n\tEnsuring that contractual requirements are met as stipulated by the Client.
\n\tMaintaining good relations between Fidelity ADT and the Client with regard to security services rendered.
\n\tManaging the response and investigation of serious incidents on all sites
\n\tLiaising daily with Area Manager on various operational issues.
\n\tSubmitting relevant weekly \/ monthly incident and general reports as required by the Area Manager and client<\/p>\n
