Chartered Accountant (CA(SA))<\/p>\n
\tA leading national firm of Chartered Accountants and Registered Auditors is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) to join their team in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.
\n\tThis is a full-time, permanent role offering an opportunity to take on a senior leadership position within the firm’s Audit, Accounting, and Tax departments on a national level.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tQualified\u00a0Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)).
\n\tRegistered Auditor\u00a0(Assurance) with Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors (IRBA).
\n\tMinimum\u00a03 years\u2019 post-qualification experience\u00a0within an audit firm.
\n\tMust be (or willing to become) a\u00a0SAICA Training Officer.
\n\tExisting\u00a0client portfolio\u00a0would be advantageous.<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities:
\nLeadership & Management<\/p>\n
\tProvide a senior management role within the Audit, Accounting, and Tax departments nationally.
\n\tOversee the\u00a0training, development, and supervision\u00a0of professional staff.
\n\tEnsure the\u00a0quality control\u00a0of work across the firm.
\n\tReview and sign off on all reports and deliverables.
\n\tManage and monitor branch revenue targets.<\/p>\n
Client & Project Management<\/p>\n
\tMaintain and grow a portfolio of clients.
\n\tDirectly engage with clients on audit, tax, and accounting matters.
\n\tImplement and manage internal and external\u00a0projects.
\n\tContribute to\u00a0business development\u00a0efforts and client acquisition strategies.<\/p>\n
