Purpose<\/p>\n
\tThe Human Capital department requires an intern to support and assist the current Human Resource Team with day-to-day activities. The ideal candidates must have a passion for people and delivering awesome service in a deadline orientated environment.
\n\tThe internship is a structured work-based program, affording unemployed graduates work experience in our company. The successful applicants will enter into a 12-month fixed term Internship agreement (not an employment contract) with the company and receive a stipend.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\nThe successful individual would need to demonstrate the below listed competencies at an advanced level:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tGood communication skills (verbal and written).
\n\tGood interpersonal skills.
\n\tComputer literate.

\n\tDeadline and results oriented.

\n\tTakes ownership and responsibility.
\n\tExcellent administration skills.
\n\tStress tolerant.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tMatric or equivalent.\u00a0
\n\tMust have completed a Degree\/Diploma in Human Resources\/ Industrial Psychology\/ Labour Relations\/ BCom Law\/LLB and related qualifications.<\/p>\n

\tBe a South African citizen\u00a0
\n\tNot previously part of an internship\/learnership with INSETA\u00a0
\n\tBe between the ages of 18 & 35\u00a0
