Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and manage strategic account plans to meet business targets.
\n\tStrengthen relationships with key stakeholders and ensure high-quality service delivery.
\n\tConduct market research and provide insights to support business development.
\n\tDeliver official IELTS teacher training courses and pedagogical support across SSA.
\n\tRepresent the British Council at educational conferences and events.
\n\tCollaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and drive growth.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tProven experience in account management and customer service (B2B\/B2C).
\n\tStrong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
\n\tExperience working in exams or education sector.
\n\tUniversity degree or relevant qualification.
\n\tExcellent command of English (First Language level).<\/p>\n
Additional Information:<\/p>\n
\tWeekend work may be required as part of test day operations.
\n\tTravel across the SSA region may be necessary.<\/p>\n
