\tMatric\/ Grade 12
\n\tAt least 2 years\u2019 experience: Admin and Customer Support<\/p>\n
General Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tEscalate and resolve queries within a defined service level agreement (SLA)
\n\tComprehensive knowledge across multiple internal and external facing systems and products:
\n\tReview, escalate and correct the following site content areas\u00a0
\n\tPerformance analysis of customer profiles and high-risk customers are identified.
\n\tService assistance to Onboarding when required (off site visits & stock loading)
\n\tScrutiny: Rejecting suspected fraudulent adverts and repairing of low-quality private listings
\n\tEnsure all strategic ad hoc campaigns are understood and delivered on within agreed specs.
\n\tReporting on weekly and monthly tasks and the performance of these tasks
\n\tEnsure all VINS are verified to correct data standards and escalated when unable to verify a VIN via the VIN verification process.<\/p>\n
