Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tOperate, monitor and control plant processes\u00a0
\n\tOperate processing equipment in line with standard operating procedure (SOP)\u00a0
\n\tAssist with efficiency improvement and\/or reduction of operating costs\u00a0
\n\tMaintain adequate records of key production variables, such as: production volume & yield, plant upand down-time, utility consumption etc. on a daily, weekly or monthly basis as required\u00a0
\n\tParticipate in programs and procedures required to ensure plant cleanliness\u00a0
\n\tMonitor usage and inventories of process chemicals and supplies & minimize loss on machines\u00a0
\n\tEnsure quality assurance\u00a0
\n\tEnsure integrity of raw materials and product\u00a0
\n\tMaintain production records\u00a0
\n\tUnderstand and interpret QA results and take appropriate action when required\u00a0
\n\tAssist with plant maintenance and safety program\u00a0
\n\tCommunicate equipment related problems directly to the maintenance department\u00a0
\n\tPerform preventative maintenance activities as required\u00a0
\n\tConduct cleaning in place (CIP) and prepare equipment for sanitation\u00a0
\n\tAssist with diagnosing and troubleshooting maintenance-related issues\u00a0<\/p>\n
