\tThe HR Intern provides the Human Resources Team with administrative support, including typing, filing, answering telephones, taking messages, maintaining appointment calendar, making travel arrangements, internal customer service and other general office duties.<\/p>\n

\u00a0A Human Resources Intern provides the Team with administrative support, including typing, filing, answering telephones, taking messages, maintaining appointment calendar, making travel arrangements, internal customer service and other general office duties:<\/p>\n
\tMaintain of filing system in accordance with the Record Retention policy
\n\tPreparation of special reports or projects, as requested
\n\tAttend all required meetings
\n\tKnowledge of and compliance with all Emergency procedures. Reports unsafe conditions, as appropriate
\n\tMaintain a professional and friendly relationship with other departments, team members and guests
\n\tMaintains work area in a neat and orderly fashion
\n\tOther duties as assigned by management<\/p>\n

\tPrevious experience in Human Resources
