\tWe are looking for a self-reliant individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, to be part of our Operations Support Funeral\u00a0team.\u00a0
\n\tYou will be responsible for handling and maintaining tombstone administration and invoicing.\u00a0
\n\tYou will be required to effectively coordinate operations resulting in optimal payment process and reconciliation for clients, suppliers and head office.
\n\tYou will be required to also address the gaps in the administration and tombstone system.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:<\/p>\n
\tProcessing of claims, petty cash and travel costs.
\n\tProcessing of invoices daily.
\n\tReconciliation of accounts monthly.
\n\tSystem navigation for operational effectiveness (Creditors systems).
\n\tUse of workflow system for record keeping (invoices, SLAs and related documents.
\n\tProfessional stakeholder engagement (suppliers, head office provincial and funeral agents).
\n\tFollowing up on payments with related stakeholders (Finance).
\n\tAssist with tombstones payments.
\n\tAssisting with complaints escalated to Operations support funeral.
\n\tCompiling of weekly and monthly reports.
\n\tCompiling of memorandums relating to job profile.
\n\tHandling of debit and credit notes related to tombstone invoicing.
\n\tProcessing of municipal fees on the tombstone system.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12
\n\t3-4 Years invoicing and admin experience
\n\tComputer literate<\/p>\n
