\tHyundai Automotive South Africa Pty Ltd is looking for a Warranty Analyst at Hyundai Head Office. The Warranty analyst will be responsible for providing an effective warranty claims analysis and validation service, advice, and support in order to ensure business and dealer operational compliance with specific rules and policies.<\/p>\n
Specific Role Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0
\nDuties & Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAccurately and timeously analyse, evaluate and validate warranty claims according to policy
\n\tguidelines, ensuring compliance and to prevent financial losses.
\n\tAdhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the area of accountability.
\n\tAdhere to the standard operating procedures and guidelines within the area of accountability.
\n\tContribute to the development of standard operating procedures and guidelines within the area of accountability.
\n\tCoordinate first approval rates of denied and\/or rejected claims sent to Manager.
\n\tDeliver work activities in a professional manner consistent with company values.
\n\tEscalate unresolved issues to management and process owners.
\n\tIdentify and develop solutions to improve operational service and quality and escalate unresolved issues to management and process owners. (Where applicable)
\n\tIdentify and develop solutions to improve operational service and quality.
\n\tReport on transactional and process activities to enable timely and effective decision making.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAt least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar environment.
\n\tA Red Seal certification will advantageous.\u00a0<\/p>\n
