Job Description<\/p>\n
\tA vacancy exists for an Operations Manager stationed at our Pretoria branch office. The position will report to the Branch Manager. The overall purpose of this position is to ensure that all client\u2019s security needs are always efficiently and professionally adhered to and met.<\/p>\n
Key Performance Areas :(Not totally inclusive):<\/p>\n
\tEnsuring that contractual requirements are met as stipulated by the client.
\n\tMaintaining good relations between Fidelity Security Services Group and the client with regards to security services rendered.
\n\tConstantly evaluating the service levels provided and making recommendations to the client regarding the improvement of services.
\n\tEnsuring that Security staff always maintains required performance.
\n\tDealing with all required administration matters.
\n\tLiaising daily with Branch management on various operational issues.
\n\tSubmitting relevant weekly \/ monthly incident and general reports as required by management.<\/p>\n
Skills required:<\/p>\n
\tMatric certificate, PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation.
\n\tAt least 3 years\u2019 experience in the security industry.
\n\tOperational Management experience.
\n\tWorking knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 quality management and its requirements.
\n\tPeople management experience.
\n\tAdministration, interpersonal communication and client liaison skills are required.
\n\tStrong planning, leadership, organizational skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
\n\tMust be firearm competed
\n\tComputer literacy on Microsoft Programs.
\n\tOwn reliable transport and valid & endorsed Driver\u2019s License is required.<\/p>\n
