\n\tSelects and manages external vendors to deliver specialised training on service and\/ or management skills\u00a0
\n\tPlans and executes property-wide change initiatives, including service initiatives, Company-wide change initiatives, and other large-scale projects related to growth and learning\u00a0
\n\tCreates and adheres to an annual budget for all training programs, initiatives, and learning resources\u00a0
\n\tEvaluates the effect of training programs and initiatives through measuring results and monitoring behavioural change\u00a0
\n\tMarkets the learning function\u2019s programs, initiatives, and online learning\u00a0
\n\tPrepares and produces training calendars that reflect performance gaps and learning needs\u00a0
\n\tDesigns solutions for learning needs by rapidly creating and developing learning programs (or blended Learning programs) that target performance gaps and management competencies\u00a0
\n\tCreates and produces a Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and Training Plan aligned to property\u2019s goals & budget cycle\u00a0
\n\tBases the direction for learning on a thorough Learning Needs Analysis\u00a0
\n\t\u200bRegularly benchmarks the learning function with Learning Success Levels\u00a0<\/p>\n
