Required experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 6-12 months of contact centre experience working in a customer service role<\/p>\n

\tEnsure timely and accurate resolution of customers\u2019 concerns at the first point of contact within agreed service levels, targets and objectives
\n\tAccountable to close the customer query and ensuring a resolution or feedback
\n\tCheck to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers’ concerns
\n\tKeeps records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
\n\tPromotes client products, services and solutions at all times<\/p>\n
Resolve customer queries related to:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tPayment queries
\n\tIncorrect orders
\n\tMissing transactions\u00a0<\/p>\n
