\n\tThey are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead and manage day-to-day operations across Processing, Feeds, Retail, and Fleet divisions.
\n\tThis role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational expertise, proven leadership capabilities, and a commitment to driving organisational success while upholding\u00a0 ethical business practices.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\tTo ensure the smooth, efficient, and compliant functioning of all operational aspects of the business while supporting the CEO in executing the company\u2019s vision, mission, and long-term strategies.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS\u00a0
\nMinimum education (essential):\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tNational Senior Certificate \/ Grade 12\u00a0<\/p>\n
Minimum education (advantageous):\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant field (Honours degree or MBA is a distinct advantage)\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Minimum applicable experience (years):\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAt least 7 years in a senior managerial role\u00a0<\/p>\n
Required nature of experience:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tProven leadership at a senior management level\u00a0
\n\tOperational management in a complex, multi-division environment\u00a0
\n\tStrategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting\u00a0
\n\tFinancial management, including profit & loss, balance sheets, and cash flow
\n\tStakeholder and partner relationship management
\n\tHuman resource and personnel management principles
\n\tCompliance with corporate governance and industry regulations\u00a0<\/p>\n
