EUM, part of the TWK Group, has the following vacancy available: Administrative Assistant in Centurion, Gauteng.<\/p>\n
Job Summary<\/p>\n
\tThis role involves providing efficient administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and compliance with company policies.
\n\tThe Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing documentation, coordinating office resources, supporting teams, and maintaining accurate records while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities and Duties<\/p>\n
\tMaintain accurate and organised filing systems
\n\tPrepare, format, and distribute correspondence, reports, and forms
\n\tMonitor and replenish office resources such as stationery and forms
\n\tRespond promptly and professionally to internal and external queries
\n\tBuild and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, clients, and service providers
\n\tManage daily tasks, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines
\n\tCompile and submit accurate audit and training reports
\n\tCapture client and policy data into relevant systems and databases
\n\tEnsure confidentiality and compliance with POPIA and internal policies
\n\tProvide administrative support to underwriters, brokers, and other departments
\n\tAssist with meeting coordination, calendar management, and event support<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 \/ Matric
\n\tProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
\n\tStrong sense of responsibility, reliability, and adaptability
\n\tTrustworthy, resilient, and innovative team player
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n\tAbility to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
\n\tDriver\u2019s Licence
\n\tValid Passport<\/p>\n
