Administration and project support<\/p>\n
\tAssist the Communication Department with administration duties, including supply chain management requests, processing of invoices, and cost estimate development.
\n\tAssist in arranging logistics and end-to-end production for internal events.
\n\tCheck that all internal communication messages are aligned with the communications strategy.
\n\tAssist the Communication Department with the logistical arrangements for all related departmental work.
\n\tProvide project administration support on fund-wide initiatives and projects, i.e. integrated report, member research, and video production.
\n\tEffective administrative support provided to the Communication Department
\n\tCommunication content is aligned to the communication strategy.<\/p>\n
Internal communications\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tProvide written or design support for internal communication, where required.
\n\tProvide inputs to internal communications processes, making recommendations for improvement to relevant stakeholders and assisting in the implementation thereof.
\n\tProvide assistance in executing internal campaigns in partnership with internal clients and external service providers.
\n\tEffective support provided to Communication Department on internal communications.<\/p>\n
Media relations and social media<\/p>\n
\tDraft media responses in consultation with relevant subject matter expert(s).
\n\tSupport the Communications Manager with external communications requirements\/projects.
\n\tCoordinate external media relations events, i.e. media roundtables and press conferences as well as management of thought leadership and media release development.
\n\tSupport the Communication Department for branding requirements and marketing opportunities.
\n\tSupport the Communication Department in delivering the social media strategy.
\n\tEffective support provided to the Communication Department in media relations in accordance with the Communications Policy.<\/p>\n
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION\/TRAINING<\/p>\n
\tDiploma Communications, Office Administration, Business Administration or related discipline.<\/p>\n
REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\tAt least 2-3 years job-related and relevant experience (preferably in rendering administration support in a corporate communication role or for a communications agency).<\/p>\n
