Duties & Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tAdminister day-to-day WMS operations including user access, maintenance, and support.
\n\tMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and escalate to vendors when needed.
\n\tLiaise with IT and service providers to ensure smooth integration with ERP and other systems.
\n\tMaintain and develop system reports, dashboards, and documentation (SOPs).
\n\tConduct routine audits and support cycle counts and stock take processes.
\n\tSupport and train WMS users and superusers across branches.
\n\tManage bin locations, operator cards, replenishments, and productivity stats.
\n\tActively participate in change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
\n\tAssist with documentation, record-keeping, and compliance to ISO 9001:2015.<\/p>\n
Desired Experience & Qualification<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.
\n\tDiploma or certification in IT Systems or equivalent.
\n\t5 years’ experience in a high-volume FMCG warehouse.
\n\tProven expertise in WMS functionality, configuration, and troubleshooting.
\n\tExperience in Distribution Centre (DC) operations is an advantage.
\n\tProficient in MS Office (especially Excel \u2013 Advanced), SharePoint, and BI tools.
\n\tValid Code 8 manual driver\u2019s licence required.<\/p>\n
