\tOur client is seeking a proactive, organised, and creative\u00a0Administration, Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator\u00a0based in\u00a0Sandton, Johannesburg.
\n\tThe ideal candidate will be a hands-on multitasker with strong administrative and digital marketing skills, capable of ensuring smooth operations and delivering excellent customer experiences.<\/p>\n
Responsibility include:<\/p>\n
\tRespond promptly to all customer emails, phone calls, and social DMs.
\n\tManage general enquiries, product questions, and event-related FAQs.
\n\tPrepare\/send online customer quotes and follow up to close sales.
\n\tLiaise with corporate clients for event booking details, invoicing, confirmations (then hand over to Experience Manager for bespoke quotes).
\n\tManage after-sales comms (thank-you emails, review requests).
\n\tCoordinate event booking confirmations, reminder emails, guest list updates.
\n\tAct as the main contact for online order processing.
\n\tBook couriers via Bob Go for all online orders.
\n\tLiaise with production to ensure correct\/timely packing and dispatch.
\n\tEnsure tracking numbers are generated and sent to customers.
\n\tTroubleshoot delivery issues and resolve complaints quickly.
\n\tMaintain accurate dispatch records for reporting\/follow-up.
\n\tUpdate\/manage Shopify product\/event listings, pricing, descriptions, imagery.
\n\tCreate\/maintain banners, homepage features, seasonal landing pages.
\n\tMonitor stock levels in Shopify and flag replenishment needs.
\n\tSet up promo codes\/discounts\/limited offers as briefed.
\n\tAnalyse store data for conversion and AOV improvements.
\n\tSupport Owner\/Experience Manager to implement strategies.
\n\tSchedule\/post content by the marketing calendar.
\n\tMonitor engagement and report reach\/clicks\/conversions.
\n\tAssist with paid ads (FB\/IG\/Google) as briefed.
\n\tCoordinate influencer gifting and brand collaborations.
\n\tPlan, design, and send newsletters (events, releases, offers).
\n\tWrite brand-aligned copy; source visuals.
\n\tSegment lists for targeted mailings.
\n\tTrack opens\/CTR\/conversions and refine.
\n\tCapture\/edit photo\/video for products\/events\/BTS.
\n\tPrepare video content for social, web, and email.
\n\tMaintain an organised digital asset library.
\n\tMonthly reports: online sales, campaign performance, social engagement.
\n\tProvide actionable insights (what to do next, not just numbers).
\n\tMaintain accurate customer records; help grow the subscriber database from events, online orders, and in-store sign-ups.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, E-Commerce, or related field.
\n\t3\u20135 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or administrative coordination.
\n\tProven experience managing Shopify or similar online store platforms.
\n\tStrong understanding of social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and email marketing tools.
\n\tExperience creating, scheduling, and analysing online content and campaigns.
\n\tBasic design skills with familiarity in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
\n\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to write engaging, brand-aligned copy.<\/p>\n
