Role Purpose\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tTo drive the internal and external communication strategy for our Group Digital and Technology team. This role will be pivotal in translating complex technical initiatives into compelling narratives, enhancing stakeholder engagement, and promoting the value of digital transformation across the organization<\/p>\n
Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
\n\t5+ years of experience in a communications or marketing role, ideally within a tech or digital environment.
\n\tStrong understanding of digital transformation, emerging technologies, and IT landscapes.
\n\tExceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
\n\tExperience with content management systems, analytics tools, and design software.
\n\tAbility to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
\n\tExperience in change management communications.
\n\tFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and product development cycles.
\n\tKnowledge of enterprise IT systems and cloud technologies.
\n\tStrong visual communication and presentation design skills.<\/p>\n
Duties & Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
Strategic Communications<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy for D&T initiatives.
\n\tCraft clear, engaging messaging for diverse audiences including executives, employees, partners, and customers.
\n\tPartner with internal comms, HR, and Group Digital and technology divisions to align messaging and ensure consistency.<\/p>\n
Technical Marketing<\/p>\n
\tTranslate technical concepts, product developments, and digital innovations into accessible content.
\n\tCreate marketing materials such as case studies, whitepapers, infographics, videos, and presentations.
\n\tSupport go-to-market strategies for internal digital products and platforms.<\/p>\n
Content Development & Management<\/p>\n
\tOwn the content calendar for D&T communications across channels (intranet, newsletters, social media, etc.).
\n\tWrite and edit high-quality content including blogs, announcements, and leadership messages.
\n\tManage digital assets and ensure brand and tone consistency.<\/p>\n
Stakeholder Engagement<\/p>\n
\tAct as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding.
\n\tOrganize and support events such as town halls, webinars, and innovation showcases.
\n\tGather feedback and measure communication effectiveness to continuously improve.<\/p>\n
Digital Tools & Analytics<\/p>\n
\tLeverage digital tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Adobe Creative Suite, CMS platforms) to deliver impactful content.
\n\tTrack engagement metrics and provide insights to optimize communication strategies.<\/p>\n
