JOB PURPOSE<\/p>\n
\tAssist management in day-to-day store maintenance while providing excellent service and observing and maintaining all store policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
It includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.<\/p>\n
\tEnsures the highest level of adidas service is given to each customer.
\n\tAs needed, complete any regular sales transactions involving cash, credit, checks, etc.
\n\tInvolved indirectly with ticketing of products as well as checking paperwork against items received.
\n\tAssists in product flow from stockroom to sales floor on a fill-in basis.
\n\tAssists in the development of displays of merchandise or follow suggestions or schedules provided by the store management team.
\n\tAttain proficiency with the point-of-sale system by acquiring system utilization skills. Ensure integrity is maintained through attention to policy and procedure.
\n\tUse selling techniques such as adding on sales and describing technical information to customers to enhance salesmanship and reach store and position sales goals.
\n\tGreetings customers in the store and assists them in finding the right product. Occasionally, serves primarily as a Greeter at the front door during busy workdays.
\n\tMaintaining general housekeeping standards
\n\tSafekeeping of Company assets<\/p>\n
SKILLS\/EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n
\tAn absolute passion for retail & customer service.
\n\tAbility to use your initiative.
\n\tClear and upbeat communication skills.
\n\tFlexibility- you can help during the week, during evenings and weekends too.
\n\tPrevious fashion retail experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.<\/p>\n

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n
\tMatric Certification or equivalent.
\n\t0-1 years of retail experience.<\/p>\n
