Job Purpose<\/p>\n
\tUnderstand the business requirements, and through a structured process, document, validate and translate it intfunctional specifications that are used by developers tdevelop a technical solution. Test and validate the functionality of the technical solution against the business requirements. Ensure that the business requirements are delivered in the implemented solution. Interface between the business customer and the development team with regards tthe business, non-functional and functional requirements.<\/p>\n

Analysis, Documentation & Design Skills<\/p>\n
\tBusiness and technical requirements gathering and analysis thereof, and ensuring requirements and expectations are met, and that all possible scenarios are covered.
\n\tFormulation of analysis documentation, Functional Specifications, Interface Specifications, and prototypes in accordance with industry standards and team best practices.
\n\tPerform analysis on system interfaces and create corresponding interface specifications.
\n\tIntroduction of Business Process improvements, and formulation of Process Diagrams.
\n\tProvide support tbusiness in implementing effective and efficient solutions.
\n\tImplement, configure, and test feasible solutions, and evaluate alternative workflow solutions.
\n\tAnalyze, model, and interpret data using different tools and techniques.
\n\tCollaborate with the team and stakeholders tdesign solutions and develop alternative proposals, tensure that the intent of the business requirement is met.
\n\tDefine functional requirements in accordance with the solution architecture proposed tmeet the business and functional requirements.<\/p>\n
Facilitation Skills<\/p>\n
\tConduct Functional Specification walkthroughs with developers and participate in collaborative problem solving workshops.<\/p>\n
Technical Skills<\/p>\n
Good understanding of UML, specifically:<\/p>\n
\tUse Case Diagrams & Narratives
\n\tSequence Diagrams
\n\tActivity Diagrams
\n\tEntity Relationship Diagrams<\/p>\n
Testing Skills<\/p>\n
\tCreation, review, maintenance and execution of test cases, scenarios, and results.
\n\tFunctional Testing of delivered functionality against gathered business requirements and test cases and scenarios.
\n\tNon-functional testing including security, usability, performance, and reliability testing as per team best practices and standards.
\n\tDefect management and regression testing (where applicable), including providing input intthe generation of automated test scenarios.<\/p>\n
Support & Troubleshooting Skills<\/p>\n
\tEscalation and management of issues identified during a project \/ BAU.
\n\tProduction log analysis & management including root cause analysis.
\n\tProblem resolution and troubleshooting.
\n\tIdentify options for potential solutions and assess them for both technical and business suitability.
\n\tWork closely with developers, testers, and a variety of end-users tensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Progression Skills<\/p>\n
\tUpdates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.<\/p>\n
Work Experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 3-5 years\u2019 experience in Technical Systems Analysis and Integration.
\n\tExperience in Agile (breaking down Epics intsmaller User Stories, estimating, and writing User Stories).<\/p>\n
Preferred:<\/p>\n
\tExperience working in a SAFe environment
\n\tExperience in Data Analysis (preferred)<\/p>\n

\n\tData modelling (minimum being able tunderstand these.
