POSITION PURPOSE<\/p>\n
\tEvaluates and improves internal company and external client processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and profitability by identifying bottlenecks, streamlining workflows, and implementing strategic enhancements.
\n\tEngage with clients to establish and draft business requirements, draft business specifications for the development team to utilize in development of system enhancements.
\n\tEngage with development team if developed end product does not match original business specification, or if additional enhancements \/ changes are required.
\n\tBuild business intelligence related reporting. Present, showcase and train staff and clients on these reporting products and technologies.
\n\tAssist with the review of existing business requirements and specifications as well as subsequent testing of the development to ensure the development matches the original requirements.
\n\tEnsure all requests and tasks are logged and tracked on the Broll Tech support and software development service centre management systems.<\/p>\n
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES<\/p>\n
Assumes responsibility for business analysis<\/p>\n
\tCollecting and evaluating business requirements
\n\tTranslate client needs into functional requirements and user stories.
\n\tDrafting business specifications from requirements
\n\tWorking alongside teams within the business or the management team to ensure the business specification meets their needs
\n\tEnsuring the developed solution meets the original business specification
\n\tKeeping the client or business unit informed<\/p>\n
\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200bAssumes responsibility for understanding and building reporting solutions<\/p>\n
\tLiaising with the development team to create and collate the required datasets
\n\tBuilding reporting solutions based on the underlying data for end users and clients
\n\tEnsuring reporting solutions meet the business specification and requirements
\n\tEnsure data integrity is maintained
\n\tEnsure all source code, formulas and templates are secured and stored in the appropriate repository
\n\tDevelop reporting standards for templates<\/p>\n

\tHosting training workshops
\n\tBuilding training material
\n\tUpskilling the team or clients as required<\/p>\n

\tMap, document and analyze existing internal and external client business and system processes.
\n\tContinually review implemented processes and recommend solutions or improvements to enhance customer and user experience.
\n\tEnsure all process documents remain updated with latest system enhancements.
\n\tCollaborate with clients to capture and analyze their processes and requirements.
\n\tDesign and recommend process improvements leveraging our b# solutions.
\n\tPrepare client documentation including process flows and user guides.
\n\tAssist with system implementations and enhancements as required
\n\tGather, validate and analyze client-related data to provide actionable insights.
\n\tConduct benchmarking to measure efficiency and effectiveness of processes and systems.<\/p>\n

\tDetailed knowledge of the property industry
\n\tKnowledge of database administration\/management<\/p>\n
\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200bEXPERIENCE REQUIRED:<\/p>\n
\tAt least 5 years of property and analysis experience essential
\n\tExperience working with senior decision makers
\n\tExperience in data models and reporting packages<\/p>\n
