The role involves managing and growing sales accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.<br \/>\n\tThis position is critical for driving revenue growth and maintaining the company\u2019s competitive position in the market.<\/p>\n<p>Main Objectives:<\/p>\n<p>\tAccount Management: Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with accounts, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive high-quality service.<br \/>\n\tSales Targets: Meeting and exceeding sales targets by managing various accounts and identifying new sales opportunities.<br \/>\n\tClient Needs Analysis: Conducting needs analyses to understand client requirements and tailoring solutions accordingly.<br \/>\n\tProduct Knowledge: Keeping updated on company products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.<br \/>\n\tFeedback and Reporting: Providing regular feedback to management on sales performance, market trends, and client needs.<br \/>\n\tCollaboration: Working closely with the sales team and other departments to implement sales strategies and ensure client satisfaction.<br \/>\n\tContract Negotiations: Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits.<br \/>\n\tProfessional Development: Continuously enhance your own expertise through ongoing learning and training opportunities. Share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to the improvement of the company.<br \/>\n\tCompliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to Mecer Inter-Ed&#8217;s quality standards and regulatory requirements in all activities. Participate in audits and assessments as needed.<\/p>\n<p>AD HOC Duties:<\/p>\n<p>\tVarious administrative tasks, beyond the above listed, from time to time.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n<p>\tQualification in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field.<br \/>\n\tMinimum 3 years proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or Sales Associate, preferably in a similar industry.<br \/>\n\tExperience in managing and growing client relationships.<br \/>\n\tProficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and accounting software.<br \/>\n\tExperience: Current or previous experience for the related position.<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge and Skills:<\/p>\n<p>\tAdvanced Sales Techniques: Understanding of various sales methodologies and strategies, including consultative selling, solution selling, and value-based selling.<br \/>\n\tCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems: Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking client interactions, managing leads, and analyzing sales data.<br \/>\n\tMarket and Industry Insights: In-depth knowledge of the industry in which Mecer Inter-Ed operates, including key trends, challenges, competitors, and regulatory environment.<br \/>\n\tProduct Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of the company\u2019s product lines, features, benefits, and potential applications.
