Role Purpose\/Business Unit:<\/p>\n
\tTo provide support, negotiate agreements, compile reports, maintain relationships, manage accounts, and problem resolution, to function as a specialised one-stop shop philosophy to our customers.<\/p>\n
Your responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n
\tReceive and analyse requests for support, determine the most appropriate solution and implement accordingly
\n\tNegotiate deals with customers in accordance with policies and procedures within allocated timeframes
\n\tCompile monthly reports on:
\n\tTariff Optimisation
\n\tUpgrades,
\n\tChurn
\n\tProblem solutions
\n\tMonitor the performance of all relevant parties to ensure that agreements are honoured
\n\tMaintain all strategic targets
\n\tRetentions (upgrades, cancellations)
\n\tCall centre Service levels
\n\tCustomer Delight Index + NPAS\u00a0(Net\u00a0 Promoter Score)
\n\tManage all customer specific bespoke SLA\u2019s and ensure adherence
\n\tPerform end to end support for these accounts
\n\tConform to ITIL Service Management Standards
\n\tBuilt one on one relationships with the customer administrators supported
\n\tClose the loop on all customer specific support requests<\/p>\n
The ideal candidate for this role will have:<\/p>\n
\tMatric is essential
\n\tRelevant Certificate \/ Diploma is essential
\n\t2-5 years in the Telecommunications industry in customer service environment dealing with Business Corporate Clients \u2013 essential
\n\tKnowledge of Data Applications
\n\t6 months support account management experience is an advantage<\/p>\n
