\tEnsure compliance with internal controls and relevant legislation \u2013 Including ICC\u2019s, ISO, and operational audits.
\n\tDrive continuous improvement and adherence to quality standards \u2013 Through reviews, audits, and policy implementation.<\/p>\n
Customer Service<\/p>\n
\tDeliver on Case Fill Rate targets \u2013 Ensuring Customer satisfaction
\n\tProactively manage customer feedback and complaints, ensuring rapid issue resolution and corrective actions.
\n\tUse customer insights and performance analysis to drive service innovations and stay ahead of competitors, including Route to Consumer improvements.<\/p>\n
Operations Management<\/p>\n
\tOversee end-to-end logistics functions \u2013 Including Transport, Warehouse, Inventory, and Cost control.
\n\tOptimize operational efficiency and costs \u2013 Including compiling of site Opex and Capex budgets<\/p>\n
Leadership<\/p>\n
\tTranslate and drive execution of business plans \u2013 Engage teams and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
\n\tFoster cross-functional collaboration and team performance \u2013 Through regular meetings and shared learning.<\/p>\n
Risk and Safety<\/p>\n
\tEnsure compliance with road safety, legislation, and fleet standards \u2013 Including inspections and contractor management.
\n\tMaintain site safety, housekeeping, and health compliance \u2013 Through adherence HSER (Health, Safety, Environment, Risk) standards.<\/p>\n
Skills and Qualifications<\/p>\n
\t5 Years relevant experience.
\n\tProficient in MS Office,\u00a0
\n\tSAP, Strato, Qlikview, Tableau, PowerBI, Success Factors experience beneficial.
\n\tBudget and Cost Centre management experience.\u00a0
\n\tThe ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.<\/p>\n
