\tTo provide day to day operational service delivery in line with client Service Level Agreements and Pricing Schedules<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\t2-3 Hospitality experience
\n\tHR and IR exposure
\n\tMust have managed employees
\n\tVehicle preferrable\u00a0
\n\tComputer literacy<\/p>\n
Qualification:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 , Hospitality qualification preffered<\/p>\n

Roles and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tChecking, verification and approval of pre-extract reports from Payroll
\n\tCoordinate transportation for assignees and obtain approval from the client
\n\tDistribute payslips weekly\/monthly to assignees
\n\tEnsure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements, SOP’s and corporate governance
\n\tEnsure correct job requisition is received from the Client
\n\tEnsure payroll department is presented with accurate payroll data processed within deadline
\n\tEnsure that Assignees are briefed regarding transport arrangements, address, times etc.
\n\tEnsure that protective equipment and related documentation is issued
\n\tEnsure that shifts are fully staffed as per client requirements
\n\tEstablish a relationship with the Resource Centre
\n\tKeep a record of payroll queries and provide reports to the Client
\n\tProvide feedback to Resource Centre on candidates supplied
\n\tUnderstand client requirements and ensure daily communication is maintained with the
\n\tclient in terms of operational service delivery requirements
\n\tEstablish and maintain relationships with key client management contacts
\n\tAttend client meetings and conduct regular client visits
\n\tDevelop awareness of client future business needs, identify potential opportunities and communicate.
\n\tResponsible for ensuring on-time and accurate invoice delivery to clients
\n\tContinuously follow up and engage with clients and Credit Control to ensure that invoices are paid timeously and within payment terms
\n\tEnsure that all client invoice queries are dealt with timeously in liaison with Credit Control and \/ or escalated as necessary.
\n\tMonitor expenditure with regard to PPE, medicals etc. and ensure that costs do not exceed the parameters of the Pricing Schedule provisions.<\/p>\n
