\tWe are looking for a Temp Sambassador in Nelspruit to ensure product\/service exposure, increased sales, and achievement of targets by representing the company and its services to the trade in-store and growing the customer base within the forecourt.<\/p>\n
As a Sambassador, you will be responsible for:<\/p>\n
Customer Experience Management<\/p>\n
\t\u00a0Manage customer vetting and registration
\n\t\u00a0Manage rental process
\n\t\u00a0Gather feedback and suggestions from customers to continuously improve the rental service
\n\t\u00a0Monitoring and managing inventory including the storing, tracking and maintenance of equipment<\/p>\n
Inventory Management<\/p>\n
\tMonitoring and managing inventory including the;
\n\tStoring
\n\tTracking
\n\tMaintaining of equipment
\n\tCharging devices<\/p>\n
Managing & Ensuring Compliance<\/p>\n
\tStandards & Discipline Management
\n\tBrand Management & Compliance onsite
\n\tHSSE compliance
\n\tNon-Compliance Escalation
\n\tReporting and KPI’s<\/p>\n
Delivery of Quality Reporting & Insights<\/p>\n
\t\u00a0Feedback on what is working and what is not working,
\n\t\u00a0Red flag escalations of issues encountered on the sites,
\n\t\u00a0Speedy response to resolve issues that are encountered,
\n\t\u00a0Provide insights gained from customer interactions<\/p>\n
Administration<\/p>\n
\tCapture daily, weekly and monthly reports based on customer interactions and sales
\n\tIdentify challenges and corrective actionsCustomer Satisfaction and Service
\n\tGather feedback from customer complaints, queries and requests and ensure resolution
\n\tBuild and maintain strong working relationships<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMinimum Qualifications:Matric
\n\tMinimum Experience: \u00a0 \u00a02-3 years\u2019 experience in sales retail environment<\/p>\n
