This individual needs thave strong account management, team management and client management skills.<br \/>\n\tA high level of collaboration, a willingness tteach others and a real desire to push the boundaries is what will be expected.<br \/>\n\tIn addition, this role requires a high level of accountability and responsibility over the large offline and online media investments we are entrusted tmanage. \u00a0<br \/>\n\tExperience across SSA will be beneficial tthis role.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Manage and produce quality work in line with:<\/p>\n<p>\tAgency processes.<br \/>\n\tGlobal tools and processes.<br \/>\n\tOversee the delivery of clear, innovative strategies at a senior level.<br \/>\n\tAssist with media negotiations if necessary.<br \/>\n\tEnsure teams (Offline and Online) are consolidating flow plans intone flow plan.<br \/>\n\tWork collaboratively with partner agencies. \u00a0<br \/>\n\tManage client relationships at all levels in the business.<br \/>\n\tManage team: motivate, mentor and discipline if necessary.<br \/>\n\tEnsure seamless work with ATL and digital strategists on the business.<br \/>\n\tDevelop other strategists in the team or Groupe.<br \/>\n\tWork on New Business Pitches as and when required<br \/>\n\tManage general work output quality from the business unit.<br \/>\n\tManage the end tend financials of your accounts<\/p>\n<p>Hard KPI scores:<\/p>\n<p>\tFinancial Performance: Overdues at nmore than 8% of book outstanding per month.<\/p>\n<p>Revenue Growth:<\/p>\n<p>\tRevenue growth targets (5% increase in revenue through fees or selling diversified services).<br \/>\n\tSupply accurate budget figures monthly.<br \/>\n\tKey client satisfaction: \u00a0Client appraisals @ 75% as an average and nless than 70% for a single discipline. \u00a0<br \/>\n\tClient retention. \u00a0No loss of local business in the next 24 months.<br \/>\n\tEffective representation of Publicis Media: \u00a0Keep abreast of international and local trends, across all agency disciplines and practices. \u00a0<br \/>\n\tBi-annual thought-leadership\/opinion piece either written or delivered in a presentation.<br \/>\n\tTalent &amp; Culture. \u00a0Less than 20% loss of staff. \u00a0All appraisals done as per company policy with salary increases linked tclear staff KPIs.<br \/>\n\tNew Business: \u00a0Assist with new business pitches. \u00a0(Experience in pitching). \u00a0<br \/>\n\tAwards: \u00a0Enter twawards annually, that warrant winning. \u00a0<br \/>\n\tAt least twthought leadership pieces annually.<br \/>\n\tSet and track spend objectives for media partners.<br \/>\n\tReport in regularly tthe Managing Director<\/p>\n<p>What you can expect in an average week:<\/p>\n<p>Meetings<\/p>\n<p>\tBe present and on time, tall required meetings.<br \/>\n\tMedia briefings<br \/>\n\tClient presentations<br \/>\n\tInternal status meetings<br \/>\n\tClient status meetings<\/p>\n<p>Drive implementation of the strategies with strategists and planners \u200b\u200b<\/p>\n<p>\tWork collaboratively with our Zenith team, Publicis Media Digital Team, and creative agency partners.<br \/>\n\tEnsure overarching portfoliflow plans are maintained and fed intthe planners<br \/>\n\tWork with the Research &amp;
