What will you do?<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking an experienced administrator to join the MiWay Assessing Administration department. The ideal candidate will have a service and team ethos and possess strong attention to detail with a willingness to develop an understanding of motor insurance policies and procedures.
\n\tThe purpose of this position is to contribute to the administrative duties of the team to deliver exceptional service of motor vehicle claims, including liaising with members, suppliers and supporting the team in managing the repair of motor vehicles and the associated costs.<\/p>\n
Qualification and Experience<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 with 1 to 2 years related experience.<\/p>\n

Minimum Experience<\/p>\n
\tAdministration Experience of 1 Year +
\n\tEffective communication skills both verbally and written.
\n\tBasic excel experience
\n\tPreparing Reports
\n\tDatabase Maintenance and administration<\/p>\n
Deliverables include, but will not be limited to<\/p>\n
\tPossesses sufficient fundamental proficiency to successfully access information and prepare reports of moderate difficulty.
\n\tInteracts with operational and first line supervisory\/management personnel within the client\/user area.
\n\tConduct efficient reporting and administration. The ability to access information from databases and prepare reports.
\n\tRecord keeping, filing and maintenance of databases.
\n\tA continuing focus on the needs and requirements of customers and clients, anticipating their needs, remaining sensitive to customers while performing services for them, responsive to customer needs.
\n\tUnderstanding the rules, regulations, sanctions and other statutory requirements, guidelines and instructions relating to governing bodies and organizations, both internally and externally.
\n\tUnderstands customers’ business operations beyond single issues driving a project. Demonstrates the ability to apply functional business, product and service knowledge to successfully meet work objectives.<\/p>\n
