The role<\/p>\n
\tThe purpose of this role is to deliver standardized training programs in local language and English and deliver advanced operator support on products, processes and services.<\/p>\n
Key Performance Areas<\/p>\n
\tDesign and deliver operator training programs according to organizational requirements
\n\tDevelop and update course content and teaching materials for training sessions
\n\tConduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
\n\tAssess the effectiveness of the training program and make necessary improvements
\n\tSupport trainees to develop practical skills and knowledge by providing hands-on training
\n\tMaintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest technological trends and developments
\n\tPrepare and implement training strategies and schedules
\n\tEvaluate trainee performance, provide feedback and support to improve their understanding of operating Sandvik surface mining machines
\n\tManage training resources and equipment, ensuring all items are in working order and ready for use in training sessions<\/p>\n
Your profile<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
\n\tBlasting Ticket
\n\tCompetency A Mining certificate
\n\tCertificate of Competence in Education, Training and Development Practices (ETDP) or related qualification as Adult Education Facilitator
\n\tProven competence in Course Design and Development
\n\tProven competence as an operator or specialist on Sandvik products
\n\tA trade certificate of competence and experience in operating Surface Boom and Drill equipment would be advantageous
\n\tAbility to write comprehensive reports
\n\tAbility and willingness to work flexible hours and travel extensively
\n\tComputer literacy
\n\tEnglish and at least one other local language proficiency
\n\tValid driver’s license<\/p>\n
