Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tCompletes root cause analysis of complex data problems, resolves by developing and implementing systems and processes where appropriate.
\n\tCollects data using system tools or ad hoc query tools.\u00a0
\n\tReviews current processes, identifies performance gaps, and recommends possible solutions to department management, product owners, and system development.
\n\tOrganizes and manages information from various databases.
\n\tCommunicates with headquarters and field personnel concerning daily customer issues and reporting.\u00a0
\n\tCollect, clean, and preprocess data from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
\n\tDevelop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
\n\tCollaborate with divisions to understand their data needs, requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data analysis and reporting and resolve data recording problems.
\n\tInterpret and communicate findings from data analysis to non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise reports, presentations, and data visualizations.
\n\tMonitor and track data quality, performance metrics, and KPIs to ensure consistency and reliability of data sources and reports.
\n\tProvide training and support to end-users on data analysis tools and techniques to enhance data literacy and self-service analytics capabilities within MFD
\n\tContribute to the development and maintenance of data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data quality, integrity, and confidentiality.
\n\tParticipate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as a subject matter expert in data analysis and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals and objectives.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tMust hold a current \/ valid temple recommend and\/or be worthy to hold one.
\n\tBachelor’s degree in information systems \/ Finance \/ Statistics \/ Mathematics or relatied field with 3 years relevant work experience
\n\tStrong data analysis, attention to detail and research skills.
\n\tAbility to communicate effectively, both written and oral.\u00a0
\n\tAbility to keep confidence and appropriately deal with sensitive data and documents.
\n\tAbility to acquire in-depth knowledge of department processes and operations.
\n\tHighly skilled in the use of standard desktop software including Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
\n\tAbility to automate raw data and transform it into meaningful reports for Decision-Making.
\n\tWEB, Database Management\u00a0and Apps design (i.e. SharePoint, PowerApps, Power BI)
\n\tCapability to thrive under pressure and maintain effectiveness in demanding situations.<\/p>\n
