\tWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Controller to lead financial operations across multiple countries within our Core Diagnostics Division based in Roodepoort . This role is pivotal in driving strategic financial planning, distributor management, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned finance professional with strong FP&A capabilities, supply chain insight, and leadership experience in complex, multinational environments<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Do<\/p>\n
inancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):<\/p>\n
\tLead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning across multiple countries. Analyze performance and provide insights to senior leadership.<\/p>\n
Supply Chain & Distributor Management:<\/p>\n
\tOversee financial operations related to order entry, logistics, and distributor performance. Optimize working capital and ensure accurate reporting.<\/p>\n
ERP & Systems Transformation:<\/p>\n
\tSupport ERP upgrades (SAP S\/4HANA preferred), ensuring scalable and compliant financial systems.<\/p>\n
Compliance & Controls:<\/p>\n
\tMaintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to FCPA, IFRS, ISO, and other regulatory standards.<\/p>\n
Leadership & Talent Development:<\/p>\n
\tManage and mentor finance teams, fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture. Drive talent development and succession planning.<\/p>\n
Business Partnering:<\/p>\n
\tProvide financial counsel for deal evaluations, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial modeling and investment analysis.<\/p>\n
Operational Excellence:<\/p>\n
\tEnsure timely reconciliations, monitor DSO, receivables, and capital purchases. Maintain and update SOPs for finance functions.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Required Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s in Finance, or Finance related is essential
\n\tAdditional qualification as CA(SA) or CIMA, CPA, ACCA is essential<\/p>\n
Background<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 10 years in finance, with at least 3 years in people management.
\n\tProven track record in FP&A \u00a0is essential and supply chain\/distributor management.
\n\tExperience in medical\/pharma or FMCG industries highly desirable.
\n\tBig Audit background and experience in multinational organizations.
\n\tAdvanced Excel and MS Office skills; SAP S\/4HANA experience beneficial.<\/p>\n
