We\u2019re looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our BPO and sales delivery teams in the Outbound Telco space. You\u2019ll be responsible for delivering revenue growth, improving efficiency, and ensuring outstanding client service \u2013 all while leading and developing a high-performance team.<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Do<\/p>\n
\tLead operational strategy to meet and exceed campaign goals and SLAs
\n\tDrive sales performance with clear KPIs, coaching, and incentives
\n\tBuild strong client relationships through regular reporting and engagement
\n\tOptimize processes, adopt digital tools, and improve productivity
\n\tLead, inspire, and develop operational teams for long-term success
\n\tEnsure compliance with all regulatory and client requirements<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tA Minimum 5 years experience in sales operations or campaign management, with at least 2 years in a management role
\n\tAbility to translate business objectives into actionable plans; advanced reporting and analytical capability
\n\tExperience in cost optimization, budgeting, and profitability tracking
\n\tProven track record managing large, multi-layered sales operations teams
\n\tExperience with CRM systems and sales enablement tool, with the ability to collaborate across departments
\n\tStrong understanding of BPO operations, sales conversion levers, and contact centre dynamics
\n\tPerformance Management Expertise
\n\tStrong stakeholder engagement skills, both internally and externally
\n\tClear criminal record<\/p>\n
