\tN2 Qualified Technician<\/p>\n
REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\t3 years\u2019 relevant experience (including training as an Apprentice)<\/p>\n
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tPerform repairs and maintenance of tractors and equipment
\n\tBuild and maintain good customer relationships and ensure that customer queries and complaints are resolved within the prescribed turnaround time
\n\tUpdate job cards
\n\tMaintain a safe work environment and ensure that protective equipment is used as prescribed
\n\tEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations<\/p>\n
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE\/ COMPETENCIES\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tValid drivers licence
\n\tGood product knowledge in the repair and maintenance of tractors and equipment
