\tResponsible for investigating and resolving end-to-end mobile network-related customer queries, improving overall network quality, and ensuring service quality.
\n\tThe role also serves as a liaison with third-party teams, Operations, Core teams, and RNP\/O teams to enhance overall network quality.<\/p>\n
Job Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tEnd-to-end Investigating and resolving mobile network-related customer complaints.
\n\tMSISDN level subscriber call traces analysis and troubleshooting.
\n\tNetwork field measurements and System Measurement data analysis, i.e., Drive Test Logs, etc.
\n\tLiaise with Network Planning and Optimization teams to resolve network quality problems.
\n\tTechnical engagement with the vendors on Network Quality issues and Network-related customer complaints investigations and resolution.
\n\tCorrelation of network optimization activities to end-user network service experience improvements.
\n\tMeasure and quantify network-related customer quality of experience.
\n\tCorrelation of network performance data and network faults to network-related customer quality of experience.
\n\tDesign and develop customer experience metrics and reports.
\n\tField Technician\u2019s measurement analysis and reporting.
\n\tPassive and Active probe trace analysis.
\n\tProvide mentorship and on-the-job training to junior staff.
\n\tMobile Network Customer Complaint BIN management.
\n\tService Vendor SLA Management.<\/p>\n

Certification, Qualifications and experience:<\/p>\n
\tQualification – Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Electrical Engineering \u2013 Light Current
\n\t5 years of experience in the Mobile Network Telecommunication industry:
\n\tAt least 1 year of which MUST be with mobile protocols and call flow signalling analysis
\n\tAt least 2 years or more of mobile RF Planning & Network Optimization industry experience and techniques
\n\tAnother 1 year of which MUST be with mobile Network Performance analysis
\n\tAt least 1 year in field measurement and post-processing<\/p>\n
Additional Certification\/ Professional Registration:<\/p>\n
\tECSA (though not mandatory but must be prepared to register).
\n\tMembership in IEEE will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
Special Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tGood understanding of 3GPP, IEEE and IETF, technical standards.
\n\tRelevant in-service training from mobile equipment vendors in network performance and\/or network optimization will be an added advantage.
\n\tGood knowledge of IP transport and Core networks will be an added advantage.
\n\tGood experience in mobile network optimization and troubleshooting.
\n\tVery good knowledge of field measurement and post-processing techniques, and associated tools.
\n\tSound knowledge of mobile technologies like 5G; LTE; VoLTE, WCDMA, GSM, Wi-Fi, etc.
\n\tGood knowledge of any mobile network RF planning and associated tools.
\n\tExperience in mobile network performance analysis.
\n\tStrong Problem-solving and Analytical Skills.
\n\tExcellent communication skills \u2013 both written and verbal.<\/p>\n
