Key Tasks & Accountabilities<\/p>\n
\tAssess the quality of complex risks
\n\tAssess loss potentials in accordance with agreed definitions
\n\tSupport external customers by identifying, assessing, and reducing the risks that they face individually and, on an account\/portfolio basis
\n\tProvide appropriate risk improvement advice and implement risk improvement programs
\n\tProvide effective advice on risk management issues to external customers and internal business partners
\n\tObserve basic loss investigations, which include both trend and root cause analysis
\n\tProvide basic level training for customers
\n\tOversee portfolio analysis of allocated multiple-site customers
\n\tProduce technical risk insights for customers
\n\tCarry out tasks in accordance agreed service delivery standards (productivity targets)
\n\tProduce work that complies with company standards, in terms of technical quality and the guiding principles, policies and procedures
\n\tPositive feedback showing the representative anticipates, recognises and responds to needs of customers
\n\tPositive feedback in developing and maintaining positive customer and business partner relationships
\n\tLocal quality reviews show consistent successful resolution of technical problems by referring to policies and procedures
\n\tDocumented evidence of providing alternatives for solving problems or improving procedures or products and provide recommendations
\n\tDocumented participation in short-term, defined scope projects<\/p>\n

Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
\tRelevant degree and\/or related industry\/insurance or technical certification in a specific field of expertise
\n\t5 years Relevant experience in the assessment of risk
\n\tStrong negotiation, communications, and interpersonal skills
\n\tDemonstrated ability to work in a team environment with strong management involvement<\/p>\n
